How to return your package

Start the return with the storeRequest the return on the website where you bought the item and download the return label the store gives you.

Bring the package to your branchIn a box with no labels, along with the return label the store gave you.
Step 3
We pack it for youWe prepare the package and get it ready to ship.
Step 4
We keep you postedWe keep you posted on your return, and you'll get a notification when it's handed to the carrier in Miami.

Before you bring your package

The supplier's return label (RMA), valid for at least 15 more days. It usually comes inside the package; if not, ask the store's customer service for it.
The item's purchase invoice.
The package must have arrived through your Fixo account.
